It's 2020, a brand new decade awaits. You must know by now that in ten years a lot of things can -and will- happen, so we want you to be ready for everything! Let's dive into the 5 Things To Make 2020 Your Best Year Yet! These are sure to work as game changers in regards to bringing satisfied clients to your business! 

The key to success: Plan ahead & set your goals. 

We'll never sweat this one enough. Planning is crucial since it gives you a clear starting point and mindset to start walking towards a specific goal. Take the time to assess how did 2019 go from different stand-points -revenue growth, technologies acquired, or team and operations.- After an initial evaluation, think about where do you want to be next year.

Pro tip: Divide your big goals into smaller chunks. We train our clients to design quarterly basis plans for them to figure out the steps required to achieve what they desire for their business. Remember to keep your goals measurable for you to be 100% aware of the results of your actions. 

Go green! Create content, reuse it, and repurpose it. 

In the MedSpa industry, there are a lot of misconceptions about the new technologies. Through content, you can explain how each technique works and what problem they solve -fat reduction, skin tightening, get rid of wrinkles and so on.- We are talking about a strategic practice that will position you as the market authority in your local area by building a connection with your audience. Create your content that showcases YOUR brand values, your knowledge, and make people see you are the best option in the market. 

Pro tip: After creating quality content, don't be afraid of reusing it. Keep in mind that only 30% of your audience will interact with your postings, and you need the information to reach your leads to nurture them! You'll be amazed about how shooting a couple of videos and repurposing them through the year accomplishes.   

All for one, and one for all: Encourage and nurture your staff.

Providing proper training and nurturing to your staff will result in wonders for your brand. Keep in mind they are the face of your business, and they are helping you out for everything to work the way it should. Please make sure they stay motivated and excited about what they are doing day in and day out.

Pro tip: Take the time to look for the proper person for each area of expertise. If your staff loves what they are doing, you'll just have to provide the necessary tools and training to get spectacular results! This step is a magnificent first step in case your ultimate goal is separating from operations!  

Say hello to Standard Operations Procedures: Use technology to your advantage. 

Think about all those little things you and your staff do every day. You could save a lot of time if you keep your systems in place to be efficient. Delegate SOP's -sending text-messages, build a database of your leads- to the appropriate automated systems to save some time to your human employees. This way, your staff will be more focused on the profit-producing tasks.

Pro-tip: Create a hand guide covering all about how things work inside your business. This tool will result in handy information to solve general questions and the onboarding process of new members of your team. 

Last but not least: Set-up a predictable way to acquire new clients.
